What you need to bring to the consultation
A. All court documents related to the current matter
- Any court orders already in place
- Any modifications already filed
- Any petitions already filed and submitted

B. If asking for modifications in support, all financial documents
- Current Pay stubs or other proof of income
- Any current payment arrangements with SCU (SupportCollection Unit)
- Tax returns to show previous income
- Proof of expenses showing a change in circumstances
{All of these documents are important because when you go to court, the judge will more than likely want to see proof that there has been a change in your financial circumstances to warrant a modification}
