What you can expect when you come into the office for a consultation:
- Honesty and Integrity
- Explanation of the applicable laws

- Court procedures – if applicable (OSCs, TROs, Injunctions)
- Review of legal options (settlement vs. full court proceedings)
- Explanation of Attorney Fees
What you need to bring to the consultation:
- All documents related to your particular concern. In many cases, this would include:
- Any and all correspondence (letters, faxes, emails, phone records [if applicable], notes)
- Contracts with construction companies, roofing companies, etc.
- Invoices
- Bank Mortgage (if applicable)
- Foreclosure statements (if applicable)
- Property closing documents
- Full Title Report and Insurance
- Court documents related to your concern (OSC’s, RJI’s, Current Motions)
- A thorough explanation of your situation – when you come into the office, I want you to feel comfortable enough to be completely honest with me about your situation. There is no need to hide any information.
