    • Contracts with construction companies, roofing companies, etc.
    • Invoices
    • Bank Mortgage (if applicable)
    • Foreclosure statements (if applicable)
    • Property closing documents
    • Full Title Report and Insurance
    • Court documents related to your concern (OSC’s, RJI’s, Current Motions)
    • A thorough explanation of your situation – when you come into the office, I want you to feel comfortable enough to be completely honest with me about your situation. There is no need to hide any information.
